We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders over $49 and $8.99 standard ground shipping on U.S. orders under $49. Please review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your enfive beauty shipment.

Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are eligible for product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier. Contact hello@enfivebeauty.com within 14 days of the shipment’s original delivery date for assistance.

Ensure your address is correct before completing your order, as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.

We cannot guarantee changes to orders once submitted and are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.

Processing timeline:

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

APO/FPO, PO BOXES, U.S. TERRITORIES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, enfivebeauty.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or to international addresses.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

RETURN POLICY

At enfive beauty, we are dedicated to delivering a top-tier collection of high-performance, multifunctional beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund on unused or gently used items within 30 days of purchase from enfivebeauty.com. The return label cost will be deducted from your refund, and no restocking fee will be charged.

Eligible refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, typically within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s paid cost and applicable taxes. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For collections, sets, and bundles, returns are accepted only if the complete set is returned.

For U.S. Returns:

You will need your order number and email address or zip code.

Gift recipients wishing to return products will receive online credit. Please contact hello@enfivebeauty.com for assistance before initiating a return

We list our ingredients fully for each product on our site. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review these lists carefully before selecting a product.
