Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivery takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders over $49 and $8.99 standard ground shipping on U.S. orders under $49.
Returns and Exchanges
At enfive beauty, we are dedicated to delivering a top-tier collection of high-performance, multifunctional beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund on unused or gently used items within 30 days of purchase from enfivebeauty.com. The return label cost will be deducted from your refund, and no restocking fee will be charged.
If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@enfivebeauty.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process your exchange.
